Where We Ship: We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Cost: Selected items ship free. For all other items, a flat rate of $5.99 USD is added at checkout. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the full amount you pay us for delivery.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 8-15 business days of placement, subject to product availability.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via a reputable courier service.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, and customers can track the status of their delivery through the courier's website.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes: Prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes or GST/HST. For orders delivered to Canada, any such charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are collected by the carrier at or before delivery. We are unable to predict or reimburse these amounts. Parcels that are refused or returned because customs charges were not paid are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, and will be credited to the original payment method.

Is the shipping free?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

Can I change or return my item?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
